Serving Size: Up to 2 tablespoons
Ingredients:
- ½ ounce dried sea moss
- 2 cups (16 oz) spring water
Instructions:
- Rinse the Belizean sea moss with filtered water to remove any salt or debris.
- Measure and pour 2 cups of room temperature spring water into the container with the sea moss. For a smoother gel, bring the water to a boil prior to pouring it into the container with the sea moss.
- If room temperature water is used, cover the container and place it in the refrigerator overnight (12 hrs), then blend until smooth. If hot water was used, allow the sea moss to rehydrate for 15 minutes before blending it until smooth.
- Pour the newly produced gel into a sealable container and store it in the refrigerator.
Shelf life is approximately 4 weeks refrigerated or 4 months frozen.
