Sea Moss Hair Mask

Ingredients:

  • ½ teaspoon sea moss gel
  • 2–4 sprigs of rosemary
  • Essential oils of choice (e.g., rosemary, peppermint, or lavender)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the rosemary sprigs in water for about 10–15 minutes.
  2. Strain the rosemary water and let it cool completely.
  3. Soak the Isiformis seaweed gel in the cooled rosemary water until it softens.
  4. Add a few drops of your preferred essential oils.
  5. Mix well and apply to your hair, focusing on the scalp and curls.
  6. Leave on for 15–30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
