Oat & Sea Moss Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons SEA MOSS GEL (Isiformis or Cottonii)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • Honey (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container.

Tip: You can prepare this smoothie in advance! Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking, as it may thicken.
